Four corner and two stretcher tiles in Spanish design create a nice oval image, the ring of fire. The corner\u00a0tile with different glazes\u00a0appears on page 161\u00a0of the\u00a0<em>California Tile, The Golden Era 1910-1940 (vol. 2)<\/em>. In the Taylor catalog the designs are marked as #147 Corner and #147 Stretcher.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The tiles are set in a fairly simple mahogany\u00a0frame.
